Outside Resources

I am not affiliated with most of the links below, but offer them as a beginning place of discovery for those who need help.  I have not used them, therefore cannot recommend them.  Use your own judgment regarding if they are helpful to you or not.  My teachings are for educational purposes only.  They are not a substitute for seeking the medical or professional help you need.  I have been given permission to continue the teachings of Dr. Ron Newsom and am founder of Family Tree Quest.com (link and teachings referred to at the bottom of the page).

May you find peace and solace to your deeply distressed feelings.  Remember, feelings are not facts, they are feedback.  They give you information about areas of concern that need attention, help, health or healing.

INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE, cdc.gov
Definitions, including Psychological Agression

Is this abuse?  and more.
Domestic violence (also called intimate partner violence (IPV), domestic abuse or relationship abuse) is a pattern of behaviors used by one partner to maintain power and control over another partner in an intimate relationship.

Domestic violence includes behaviors that physically harm, arouse fear, prevent a partner from doing what they wish or force them to behave in ways they do not want. It includes the use of physical and sexual violence, threats and intimidation, emotional abuse and economic deprivation. Many of these different forms of domestic violence/abuse can be occurring at any one time within the same intimate relationship.

Note:  Emotional Abuse tactics are found on the inside (white part) of the wheel.  (Click the above link to see more about this wheel.) Emotional abuse is still ABUSE!
End the cycle.

on a cracked foundation.

In order to clear your mind, see anew and create stability,
the teachings of the late Dr. Ron Newsom, found at Family Tree Quest,
add foundational clarity.

Using his life’s work, I teach you how to develop
positive relationship attributes that lead to happiness, in order to serve
without losing your true identity (inner worth) by “getting hooked”
into guilt, confusion, rejection, self-doubt, frustration, resentment,
and depression while you give sincere service to others.
Here’s what you need to know to be able to
“Think and Act” with “Positive Intent” regardless of
the circumstances that you encounter.
