I helped move a pool table today and pulled a muscle in my hip.  I have been struggling with the pain all day.  I have been busy and focused on so many things that I forgot to oil my wounded muscle!  After talking about oils with a friend and preparing the next continuing education class for this site, it occurred to me that I had not yet taken care of my own pain.  I stopped what I was doing, oiled my hip with wintergreen, white fir, and Deep Blue Rub and voila, no more pain!  It was silly that it took me that long to help myself.  Let this be a reminder to us all–remember to take care of yourself!
